For all who have an interest in Reiki , this book is most informative on the topic. The author covers many things like types of meditation and their benefits. Music, chocolate and aromatherapy methods are some of the most unique found in the book, that impressed me. Meditating and balance among all things are elaborately explained in these pages as well as, the ways in which one can strengthen the body.
The information in this book is very thought provoking, it made me think of myself and the world around me in a new and completely different way. It puts our existence and purpose into perspective. It is also a well written and easy to understand book. The practical meditation techniques are appropriate for all levels for those who who have meditated for years or are just beginning. I definitely recommend this book.
A lot of different types of meditation has emerged today. Reiki is one of my favorite, because its not so mainstream. I find this book engaging because it has discussed the essence of Reiki meditation from its humble beginnings. It also elaborated the tips and tricks to achieve a satisfying meditation. It is really a must to align your mind with your body and this book discussed how to successfully achieve that balance.
This is the first time I've heard of Reiki as another form of Meditation. I see similarities in Chakra healing and Yoga.
This book is great since all the important concepts are explained in an easy to understand manner. I appreciate the 5 core principles of Reiki which can be very beneficial for a type A personalities like me. I can visualize incorporating Reiki in my life to help me feel great and strengthen both mind and body. The bonus book about Yoga is also very helpful
I loved to do meditation and reiki meditation is being popular day by day but I had never tried it out. It was quite different and interesting than normal meditation. I hardly got angry which I think is the result of meditation. What I liked about this mediation technique is, it relaxed my whole body and helped to heal physically and mentally. I also lost some excess weight by following reiki meditation. Start your day with clear and relaxed mind. Highly recommended for those who wants to make some difference everyday with the power of meditation.

Meditation reduces stress better than anything else I know of. Not only does the practice of meditation give you some “down time” to rest physically and mentally, it also has a very direct effect on your entire nervous system by reducing your body’s production of stress related chemicals.
