loved this book. i was recently promoted to organizational managent and this book provide me enough information to be able to understand the learning agility concept. i was also able to train managers using the information from the book. very easy to read and also great tools to use for developing others and yourselfi dont recommend to by this book and the Agile leader guide. the information repeats. one of these books is enough.

Good but succinct
Concise pointers on addressing the 4 key agility areas. The reference section throughout on other resources was very helpful to continue the path of learning...
Some good ideas, however I found the content quite light.
loved this book. i was recently promoted to organizational managent and this book provide me enough information to be able to understand the learning agility concept. i was also able to train managers using the information from the book. very easy to read and also great tools to use for developing others and yourself
